Keep pi instances synced across workspaces on one machine.
Shared ~/.pi/agent/ is already on disk; running instances just need a /reload to pick up changes. Map each running pi to its session via /proc/<pid>/cwd. Single-machine sync — the same-machine half of the bridge.
